Simon Pure - Orders Online

Delivery Times:

UK: Special delivery within 4 weeks

All other items:
UK: Special Delivery within 5 working days (Monday to Friday)

To shop online at Simon Pure :

  • Simply browse the Simon Pure online shop for ideas or if you’ve visited one of the stores and know what you are looking for browse the online shop by design category
  • Click on your chosen image to view more information on the metal type, colour, type of gemstone and size.
  • Add the jewellery to 'My Bag' by clicking on the ‘Add to Bag’ button next to your chosen item.
  • Continue to Checkout and follow the online instructions to complete your purchase and to make payment.
  • All orders will arrive in the exquisite Simon Pure packaging which is a black wooden hinged box with black leatherette interior within a black and blue linen covered outer box and tied with a blue organza ribbon.
  • All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  • All orders will be paid for in Pounds Sterling (GBP)

Orders In Store

In line with other luxury brands the terms and conditions in respect of purchases made in store are different to those applied to orders made online. Details are printed on the back of all receipts and are in addition to the terms and conditions required legally. These do not affect your statutory rights.

UK Orders

If you place your order online or over the telephone before 1pm, your jewellery will arrive by Special Delivery within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) subject to the item being in stock and payment being cleared.

If you are ordering a ring in a specific finger size or a necklace/pendant at a particular length then this will take longer, normally up to four weeks. Other bespoke designs may take up to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. In both cases we advise you to phone or email for confirmation of date before ordering. We can often accommodate shorter lead times and will do all we can to help you achieve your deadline.

If your order is a gift that you wish to be delivered direct to the recipient, then please indicate the alternative delivery address the purchase receipt will be sent to the original billing address before delivery of the goods.

Overseas Orders

Unfortunately at the moment orders are limited to the UK and Northern Ireland. We are sorry for any disappiontment this may cause.

UK Delivery

Delivery to all UK addresses will cost £8 per item

We offer free postage and packing for orders over £200

All deliveries are by Royal Mail Special Delivery and need to be signed for in person. If you are not available to receive the Special Delivery item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot. You will need to take proof of address/identity to the depot with you.

Multiple Orders:
Please bear in mind that if you order multiple items, your delivery may arrive in separate parcels.

Returns of Online Purchases:

To cancel your order you must email us at info@simonpure.co.uk or telephone us on +44 01483 506111 and request a Returns Authorisation number (RAN)

You may cancel your order with us at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty

Your right to cancel your order with us for is subject to:

a) You calling us within 7 days of receiving your goods and receiving a ‘Returns Authorisation number’.

b) The order must be received back in the condition they were delivered to you in, along with the specific Simon Pure display box and Simon Pure display outer box.

b) The item(s) cannot be a Bespoke Special Order, which due to their unique nature, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Once the items are received back to us provided points a, b and c have been observed any sum debited from your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

If the returned items (including the specific Simon Pure packaging) is damaged or missing we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.

Returns of Purchases made by Phone, Email or in store:

We will only exchange any unworn items (excluding: any items which have been adapted/altered to customer specifications, special commissions and any commissions using customers own materials/designs) if returned in perfect condition, in original packaging and with original receipt within 28 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing fault please return the item, which will then be assessed in our workshop. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

We regret we cannot refund monies where items are merely unwanted.  At the manager's discretion a credit note may be issued for use in either of our stores where an immediate exchange is not possible.  Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue.

Your statutory rights are not affected.


If you are a client and in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled, then you may be entitled to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider via the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
